Graduate Development
With considerable experience teaching in Higher Education and managing the development of new graduates in a large corporation, we understand the challenges facing new graduates when they leave a protected University environment for Business, and can work in collaboration with managers and HR departments to help make new entrants effective within the culture of the organisation.
One-to-one COACHING and MENTORING can be combined with SELF-MANAGED LEARNING to objectives agreed between the manager and the new graduate employee.
